Our gastronomic journey began, in 1994, with our own venue in the heart of the Eixample, developed through practical experience and creativity. There, we offered catering services, corporate events, a wine shop and a frozen food boutique, with the possibility to enjoy our cuisine on-site or take it away. It was in this space where many of our recipes were born, refined over time with attention to detail and a true passion for fine cuisine.
Creative catering, personalized service and exceptional flavor have always been the pillars of our work. Each dish is designed to make life easier and more enjoyable, with dedication, care and attention to every detail. Although that space no longer exists, we continue to develop these recipes in our daily work, incorporating new creations from Catalan, national and international cuisine.
Today, those who wish may include some of these recipes in their private gastronomic experiences, carefully designed and themed according to their preferences, or enjoy the complete collection through our book “Gastronomy with History: Premium Recipes from the Eixample”, where all our historical recipes and many new creations are gathered, thoughtfully crafted to enrich the gastronomic experience.
